Valido's Gourmet is a family owned and operated business. We started in 1995 with our first two products, Carrots Ole' and Carrot Salsa Ole'. By 1999 these products were on the market. Because of our "love for the kitchen", we are constantly working to bring new, great tasting, all-natural products to our line.

Our healthy carrot line includes Carrots Ole' with mouth-watering slices, Carrot Salsa Ole' with green and black olives, and our award-winning Carrot Cake Jam. All of these are a good way to get extra Beta Carotene.
